The number 1 reason for failure as a developer is not lack of ambition. It is not lack technical knowledge or structure.

It is lack of consistency.

You see, most developers I talk to want to achieve great things.

Some of them want to get to senior so they can finally go freelance.

Others because they want to grow as a senior.

But, when they start taking action.Something always pops up.

Distracting them from their goals.

Between all this noise, months pass by and they make not progress towards their goals. 

They forget one simple thing. 

Success means sacrifice.
